Pre-global pandemic, mental health was still seen by some as a taboo topic that we’d rather leave to HR. But we all have mental health - just like we do physical health - and our thinking patterns/mental processes have a huge influence, not only on our mental health, but our productivity. The psychological impact of COVID-19 is something everyone has felt so, in this talk, let’s explore more about how the mind works. This is about more than just getting stuff done - this is exploring the human experience and how we can better feel, not just feel better.
